Our Sausage Sampler features a selection of fully cooked, high-quality sausage from four distinct styles of cuisine: an Andouille sausage, which is a coarse-grained, smoked Cajun bratwurst crafted from pork, garlic, pepper, onions, wine and spices; an Italian-style pork sausage seasoned with a spice blend that includes fennel and anise; a mildly sweet chicken apple sausage flavored with a secret spice blend; and a cheddar and jalapeño sausage made with pork, grated cheddar cheese, minced jalapeño, and garlic. This sampler includes four links of each flavor.
Cooking Instructions
• Sausages are fully cooked and only need to be heated through to serve.
• Can be heated by boiling, baking, pan frying, microwaving, or grilling.
• Heat for 10-15 minutes until warmed throughout and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
